Always expanding our reach, FoTZC works
with several other communities throughout Tanzania along Thomson
Safaris travel routes. We have built classrooms in such remote Maasai
regions as Lake Natron, beside the volcanic mountain, Ol Doinyo Lengai,
and among the rolling hills of Nainokanoka, not far from the Ngorongoro
Crater. Our principal goal is to establish lasting partnerships with
communities across Tanzania. We consider innumerable proposals each
year and select only a limited number of projects that fulfill
community goals and high standards of sustainability. Currently, we are
focused on supporting four large, diverse communities, but we may
expand in the future.
