Donor Advised Funds
We also welcome gifts from a Donor Advised Fund (DAF). A donor-advised fund allows you to contribute cash, securities, or other assets, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants to the charities you choose. For those over 701/2, you can donate from your IRA as a tax-exempt qualified charitable distribution. For those 73 and older, your donation can satisfy all or part of your annual required minimum distribution and avoid taxable income.
